How jobs, logs, and controls work
Queued jobs shows the bounded durable pending spool oldest-accepted-first and explicitly reports when more rows exist; Active jobs shows every currently running job from a telemetry-enabled Lifub runner. Origin identifies the console, CLI, Git-push, or schedule entry path, not a person: the shared workspace credentials do not provide human identity. Both live tables are read-only; ordinary queued or running requests retain the existing Cancel control in Jobs, while the self-redeploy job, zont-redeploy, remains protected. An Active row's Log button shows the output that run is writing, re-read every few seconds while the log stays open and this tab is visible; Follow keeps the newest line in view while you are at the end, and the same view becomes the stored log when the run finishes.
Real builds, the default, leaves out scheduled probe passes that recovered nothing, so a probe that runs every few minutes cannot crowd pushes, manual runs and failures out of view; All runs shows every run, and a link keeps that choice as window=all. The optional recent run statistics and completed table follow the chosen window. The current job overview uses the latest verdict per declared job across retained telemetry, independently of this window. Its failed-job buttons open exact logs; agents can read the same failureOverview through zont_dashboard in MCP, and lifub.zont.failed_jobs in WebMCP. A job's History button shows All runs, since its history includes the probe passes; an empty Real builds table says when All runs holds matches and offers to show them. Older Zont servers send no real-builds window, so the choice is hidden there and every run is shown.
The completed table starts with the fifty newest jobs matching the filter; use Duration to order that window shortest-first or longest-first. Every runner build keeps its
full console output as an audit log next to the telemetry. Any linked job name jumps to its current checked-in declaration below, a commit opens its repository entry, and a linked Finished timestamp opens that exact audit log. Click a package version or message
to show it in full and select it, then copy it with Ctrl/Cmd +
C; the console never reads or writes your clipboard, so no browser permission is involved.
Result icons and durations are deliberately not copy controls. Navigate with
j/k, open a log with
Enter, and press ? for all shortcuts.
Every section's info icon explains that section: hover or focus it, tap it on a touch screen, and press Esc to dismiss it.
